This is a collaborative initiative. I was lucky enough to be part of a temporary group with Yuyan Luo, Zixin Wang, Shiyao Guo, Yang Liu. We are dedicated to publicising the outcomes of Project 2 as a whole to all fans of parables lyrics.
On July 25, we had our first group meeting. We were able to exchange our efforts as a result of this gathering.
Our design aims and thoughts are included. As a result, we have a basic comprehension of our team’s material. An experimental movie, a dynamic illustration, and three beautiful pop-up books are among our works. Our primary colours are, coincidentally, black and white.
Our presentation forms in the second project are all videos. Each video has its own dubbing content or only the right soundtrack.
We chose to edit your work into a whole video work after some deliberation. This can not only create a cohesive aesthetic form, but also keep each project’s design features.
The division of labour was based on our respective skills and areas of interest. Even though I had not been a creative director before and was not an expert in the field, I volunteered to apply for the position as creative director/copywriter out of curiosity.
I am responsible for the overall process and thought process of the project and I will output a lot of my input on how the project will run smoothly. The final report date of the project will be the official release date of the team’s video.
Until then, I will be taking minutes of each day’s meetings, as well as writing copy that won’t be posted on the public platform. Using the keywords of each person’s understanding of the poem as the core design content, each of us will have five levels of understanding of what the author of the poem is trying to say, so we will edit our individual pieces in order.
On July 29, at the second conference, everyone presented their study findings.
I mostly provided my study of your works, and through the analysis’ results, I discovered some poster-style situations.
We also confirmed the final video’s order. The five levels of significance of the parables lyrics correspond to everyone’s keywords.
The five works organically form a storey arc as a result of the logic from abstract to concrete.
As a result, my pre-publication content will be organised in this manner.
We chose one of them as our brand image after discussing the draught logo provided by the brand designer.
We also confirmed the specific content that needs to be included on the poster as a result of this.
The final poster will be a text frame with diverse information placed on numerous artwork in the form of a text frame.
This not only preserves each work’s qualities, but also creates an uniform aesthetic.

In the third meeting on August 3, we previewed the full video.
We were able to confirm the impact of their works’ presentation.
The video’s specifics were analysed, as well as recommendations for improvement.
Also, with the help of other groups, they discussed the results of the communication.
We compared and contrasted the strengths of other groups with our own.
Our decision is still the most appropriate for our task from a technological standpoint.
We held our fourth meeting and discussed the final report process.
We double-checked the contents of the report content provided by the relevant person in charge following the last meeting.
Later, we double-checked the demo ppt’s content and inserted the Instagram homepage’s QR code.
