Divergent thinking :(&Main questions)
Difficulties encountered after the implementation of waste classification in Shanghai, China:
1. It’s troublesome to classify dry and wet garbage, and it’s disgusting to deal with wet garbage
2.It is not allowed to throw away the untreated garbage at will.
It can only be classified and thrown at the designated garbage disposal place in the community.
3、Limited time for littering
A questionnaire survey on the feelings of some Shanghai citizens towards the implementation of waste classification
interview:
Interview with colleagues and friends. Ask about the specific process and feeling of littering every day,
the difficulties encountered in littering, every step of littering, etc
Pain point:
1. The garbage collection point, for example, is so far away that it takes a long walk to throw wet garbage every day.
2. When dealing with wet garbage, it is difficult to accept both the taste and the shape.
3. When we go to the garbage collection station to collect the wet garbage, because the plastic bag containing the wet garbage is dry garbage,
we must dump the wet garbage into the large wet garbage can, which is very disgusting.
I asked every interviewee for a record of their daily steps and feelings of littering, and made a persona and user journey map.
